Most of the DigiOne solutions are provided as a service which means that our customers can start / stop the consumption of a service at anytime. However DigiOne provides many different types of commercial models. Our commercial models are flexible to suit your financial outcome. A customer may choose to buy a service on monthly basis or can own their hardware / software, managed by DigiOne where management can be transferred at the time of exit.

Our onboarding process is very simple and provide least business interruption. Our five steps include, Analyse, takeover as is, identify cost efficiencies, modernise and constant evaluation.

DigiOne provides a complete IT service. We act as our customer’s IT department and deal with all the 3rd parties as our customer’s representative.

SLA’s can vary depending on the service model chosen by our customers. These SLAs are designed to guarantee the level of our minimum commitment however we are proud to always exceed our customer’s expectations. Our internal SLA is always going to be “now”. A monthly SLA report is provided to all our customers ensuring that we have exceed their expectation with identification on how further improvements can be made.

DigiOne provides many reports of various types to its customers. These vary depending on the service we are providing. These reports can be related to your overall IT environment’s posture and how up to date it is, various types of security reports e.g number of attacks stopped etc, phone system reports e.g average waiting time of the callers for a particular week / month, network / bandwidth reports etc. These can either be downloaded via your customer portal or can be emailed to you every month.
